"Working with The Planner Co was such a smooth and positive experience. From my very first call with Claudia, I knew right away this was the right team for us. She answered all my questions in detail, and was so thoughtful about the small details that really shape a guest’s experience.

We worked closely with Marina to plan our full celebration weekend - three events over several days and she was fantastic. She’s organized, detail-oriented, truly listens, and is honest (often times something you think you want doesn’t make sense and you need an expert to be honest about it). Music was a big focus for us, and she made sure it came through by finding the perfect DJ who completely matched our style.

We also did a Zaffa instead of a traditional ceremony, and Marina handled it with ease even though it was new to her. She found the right performers and coordinated the detail so it felt authentic and smooth with the sequencing of events.

With guests traveling from all over the world, we wanted the entire weekend to feel easy and enjoyable for everyone. Marina and the team completely delivered. The flow, timing, and coordination of each event felt effortless. So many guests told us how beautiful and well-organized everything was.

We initially hired the team for the main event but ended up adding the welcome and farewell events because they handled everything so well. Marina is not only excellent at what she does but also genuinely kind, positive, and easy to work with!
